Borderline Comment:

There isn't much you can say about this band. They've been around forever, they've done it all and they're an absolutely incredible live band.

They consist of Kevin Morris (drums), Phil Mitchell (Bass) and Steve Walwyn (guitar) who have been with the band since the 80s and Paul Kane, a fantastic vocalist who used to front The Animals II.

They started out in Canvey Island in mid 70's, playing hard edged gritty R'n'B on the London rock circuit and went on to have not only a number of hit singles, but a No 1 album 'Stupidity', which captured some of the atmosphere of a Feelgood's gig.

They also helped pave the way for the punk revolution & to this day keep the spirit of pub-rock alive & kicking.

Following the death of lead singer Lee Brilleaux on 7th April 1994 took a break, but hit the road again in July 1995 fronted by Pete Gage. However, in 1999 he moved on and was replaced by Sunderland fan Robert Kane.

Anyhow, the band is playing as well now as they’ve ever played and generate lots of energy on stage, which is always guaranteed to create an electric atmosphere wherever and whenever they play.
