Borderline Comment:

The Little Big Band come from Dudley and it's always a pleasure to see them at the club.

The first time I saw them they were a four-piece and I could only describe their music as absolutely excellent, hard driving, rocking Rhythm and Blues. Anyhow, I spoke to them after the gig and set up a gig at the Borderline and anyone who's seen them at the club since then has been just as impressed as I was the first time I saw them.

Lately they've added another member to the band, an sax player who gives them a new dimension, without curtailing the enthusiasm that comes through loud and clear every time they play.

A must for any R&B fan.
